Problems with Vodafone mobile phone cards (beendet)

After the changeover of the Free State's framework agreement to the new tariffs on 01.06.2022, some mobile phone cards have apparently failed.
According to initial findings, this only affects cards with data-only tariffs.
If you have a problem with your Vodafone contract, please send a ticket to servicedesk@tu-dresden.de with the subject: "Mobile phone - malfunction after RV conversion <phone number>",
Be sure to include the SIM card number (14 digits, it is written on the SIM card) that is affected.
ZIH will try to solve the problems as quickly as possible in cooperation with the provider Vodafone.
