Maintenance work on network components in the LZR (beendet)

On 31 May 2023, reconstruction measures will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to renew the network connection of the systems for group drives and VoIP telephony. There will normally be no interruption in service.

The systems for group drives are redundant at the site and will be converted one after the other without interrupting services.

The VoIP system is provided by the redundancy site TRE and is thus permanently available. Telephones, softphones, ACD system and voicemail must temporarily re-register on the redundancy infrastructure, resulting in short interruptions (1-2 min). Softphones, ACD agents and CTI clients must re-register if necessary. However, ongoing telephone calls are not interrupted.
