Softphone WebEx: Changes to the 'do not disturb' function, from 27-JAN-25

From now on, the settings for quiet hours and 'do not disturb' mode will be synchronized across all devices used. This means that if 'do not disturb' mode is activated on the desk phone, the softphone (WebEx) on the laptop, for example, will no longer ring, even if all other audio settings are correct. The simplest solution is to make calls without the desk phone and only via the softphone (WebEx) - the desk phone can be returned to the ZIH at any time via the Service Desk. Alternatively, the volume can be turned all the way down on the desk phone (this can also be done via the CISCO web portal, linked in WebEx under 'Calling' -> 'Advanced Call Settings').
