Upgrade VoIP system 22-APR-2025 - 24-APR-2025

Due to a new version, extensive maintenance work is required on the VoIP system.

Therefore, no changes to the configuration of the VoIP subscribers are possible from 17-APR-25 to 25-APR-25.

From 22.04.25 to 24.04.25, the VoIP telephones will re-register and restart several times. Existing calls will not be interrupted. Access to the Cisco user portals (telephone and voicemail) and re-registration on the softphone will not be possible several times. Agents on the ACD system should switch automatically, a new logon may be necessary.
Synchronization of status and call lists will be temporarily restricted.
